This series contains blueprints and other architectural drawings for the construction of Cairnwood, along with its stable and Garden House. They include mechanical and electrical drawings and detail drawings of moldings, window casements, fireplaces, etc. Also included in this series is the drawings for the new dairy barn which burned down in 1908 while John Pitcairn was traveling abroad.
